Time management at Work

Since I started working with my family in our company, OnFast, I've found that I have a hard time with getting distracted, and sometimes it's difficult to get all of my work done. We use a tool called Rally, which is very helpful with this problem. We have a meeting once per week to put our tasks into Rally for the coming week. We put in the approx. time for each task, and as we complete the tasks, we change them individually from Defined, to In-Progress, and finally to complete. It really helps me to keep up with my tasks. It's a great Tool for keeping people like me on task.
